If your objective is solely to get your car or truck from point A to point B on time, we recommend this company without hesitation. But Auto Transport 123 wants you to feel an extra layer of comfort with the shipping process because they are a “family owned” company. They want you to believe that you will be treated in the same way you would treat others if you owned the company. Our experience was that there were glaring inconsistencies in our contacts with the company. Each time we called, they gave us different answers to the same questions. This starts with when they are going to cash your check and ends with who will be your driver. If you expect your family values, you will be disappointed- but your car will still get there on time.
