Drivers truck broke down about a half hour south of my location which is very unprofessional given the fact that he could have very well dropped off the car when he passed me heading south. Also the driver never got in touch with me until very late at night to say that the truck broke down and that i had to go and pick it up. I tried to call customer service to see what was going on but there were no answers at that hour.
