Working with Auto Transport 123 was a not very good in the beginning until I called and talked to Casey, she was very helpful and she didn't put me on hold for 5 mins or longer like some of the other employees did. She send me an email with all the information that I needed to pickup my car. I really enjoyed working with Casey and wished I had talked to her for the start. Please hire more employees like Casey and let go some of the other, this need to work on Customer service skills.
