The customer service reps are very easy to deal with and professional. I felt very confident with my choice to use them. I had my brand new VW Convertible beetle transported to Ca so I wanted things to go well. The car was a bit dirty but not as grubby as the two truck drivers who delivered it-but 4 days living on coke and chips is probably a long hall. LOL
