The transport of the GTO was much faster than I thought possible. When the car was several hours away, the delivery team called to inform me it would arrive at 2:45 am. I said "Hell No!I don't want you waking up my neighbors in the middle of the night. At about 2:30am I detected a gentle scratching or tapping at my front door. A young handsome Hispanic fellow was on my front porch when i opened the doof.
He wispered "I have your car."
"Where is it ?" I asked, since I didn't hear his truck, the ramps, or any noise of the off loading.
He wispered back "I parked it out by your mailbox".
I told him to drive it into my garage, which he did.
"Where is your truck and trailer?" I asked.
"Oh we unloaded it down on RT 54. That way we wouldn't make noise in your neighborhood."
He then turned around and ran the half mile back to his truck.
