Upon my first contact with Brandon Mulqueen (1-888-885-9123 ext 530) I was told there would be a 3 day window for the vehicle pickup. We agreed on a target pickup date, and I understood that there would be a 3 day sliding window in which the pickup would be made. The 3 days came and went.
I called twice and left messages on Brandon's voicemail, and got no call back. I finally called and connected with another female employee, and was told that 'we're waiting for a driver to take the job'. Another day goes by, and the seller of the car is getting pissed at me, the car has not been picked up.
Finally, after I called them again, I was told a pickup had been scheduled (I was not called and told of this, neither was the seller of the car). POOR COMMUNICATION IN THIS COMPANY ! Keep everyone involved informed, and you'd get 5 STARS. The driver, Paul, was AWESOME !
