Alan,
we have offered to refund the deposit several times, even though we are NOT contracted to do so... we also apologized immensely for this issue that you had with the carrier thankfully as per our discussions- you are fully covered by insurance and this was addressed immediately. we are so sorry for this drivers behavior and lack of integrity- it is misrepresentation of our company as a whole and unfortunately we acknowledge that this is a RARE and unfortunate case- if there is anything we can do please let us know .
