Overall my experience with Auto Transport 123 was very good. I initially spoke with Jason and he was very knowledgeable about the services that AT123 provides. I took a day or two to decide on AT123 and I called Jason multiple time over the course of those two days to ask questions and discuss the time frame involved in transporting my vehicle. Each time I call Jason he either answered the phone or promptly call me back, if I had to leave a message.
The same great attention I received from Jason cannot be said for the customer service department. I called the customer service department three time after I signed the transport contract and each time I was either put on hold until until the line finally went dead or I was immediately transferred to a voice mail box. Not once, in the three times I called, did the agent answering the phone ask how they could help me. After the third attempt at trying to get some information from customer service, I call Jason and he call me back within 10 minutes, and it was after normal business hours and he was driving home!
Overall my experience with AT123 transport was very positive. The vehicle was picked up on time with good communications from the actual truck driver and the vehicle was dropped off on time, again with excellent communications from the actual truck driver.
I would recommend AT123 to others.
