I called transport 123 on a Friday (8/12) and Michelle answered my questions. She was helpful to help me place order and committed that she could get a driver to delivery my car (Honda Pilot 2013) that weekend and all-inclusive price was $1525. However, my car was not picked up until the next Saturday (08/20) so that I had to rent my car for one more week. Before picked up, I called customer service if I could load stuff in the car (I know I could from my prior experience but still call them to make sure), I was told by their customer service representative that I am ok to load my stuff in the car unless the mirrors won't be blinded. I put several boxes with my cloth and some books in the car after consulting with them. But the driver called me one day before delivery and said my loads was over weighted and I need to pay several hundred extra money for their delivery. If I don't pay extra, they either won't delivery my car or they would unload my stuff in a storage room. That moment, I just feel like a chicken on the cutting board. Finally, I had pay them total $1725 rather then the original committed $1525, and I had to pay one more week rental with over $250 because of late picking up. Overall, the experience with transport 123 is not good.
