Slow pick-up but quick delivery

It took the company SEVEN days to pick-up my car! But the drive was really nice, he went to my house to charge up my car and transported it. The delivery was just swift, and it was basically door-to-door service. Actually you can't schedule when you want your car to be delivered as everything's decided by the driver's schedule, so my car was delivered at night, which was kind of inconvenient. The website/contact person NEVER told me that the driver would only accept money order/cash, and on website it says "check OK". Cannot rate it as completely honest.
