Irene was my original contact, she was polite and very knowledgeable we transported one of my children's cars ,but his work schedule is so frantic that we had very short pick-up window, she accommodated that and answered my questions thru out the process .the car arrived here early and the driver accommodated my schedule. overall i am very pleased with the service and will be contacting irene again to ship a car back out to my son in near future .thanks Irene
