Pickup was day later than promised costing me forty extra dollars for storage. Sherri was out sick on the scheduled pickup day and I had extremely hard time getting anyone else to help. On day after scheduled pick up Sherri called me that morning saying orig driver truck broke down and could not pick it up so had to schedule another driver making pickup a day late. This driver was very nice with good communication and delivered the car when said he would, he was very accommodating.
