This company was the best I was able to find on the internet and I would hire them again. The thing I didn't like about it was that once they had my commitment (and deposit), the communication went downhill and there was a period when I did not know when my car was going to be picked up. This is especially frustrating when the money was wired to the seller of the car and they still had the car. I called several times and the "customer service" option was fruitless. They were nice, but kept giving me excuses that they were in another state and didn't really know the specifics. When I pressed "#1 for sales, I got the original person who is a principal in the company, and he told me some details, but he did not call me back on his own.

So it was REALLY important that I was in the loop in the beginning, and I did not feel like I was. After it was in transit, it was fine and the driver was awesome.
The good thing about this company is that the price is what you pay- it's not "flexible" or subject to review "after quotes are received from drivers" like lots of other companies.
