There are hundreds of car carriers to choose from, so I went with the company with the highest rating who also promised numerous times that we could pay the entire charge on a credit card. We signed the cc authorization with both charges (broker & driver) listed and when the driver (Hamlet Keshishyan with Global Carrier) arrived at the destination, he DEMANDED cash on the spot. Luckily, we had it on hand.
After learning about my experience, Jeanine in Customer Service with Auto Transport 123 apologized for the mix up, said she would follow up with the driver and then made it right for me as the customer.
