Here is my experience with Transport 123:
Event 1: Place an order with Transport 123 on July 5th, I didn't have a finalized pickup date. So I told them the car will be ready by the 14th (I am from Minneapolis, buying a car from NY)
Event 2: Finalized all the car purchasing paper work and ready for pickup anytime from the 11th. Called Transport 123, asked them if they can get a driver to pick up the car on the 12th and they said yes. So I told the dealership, that a driver will be picking up the car on the 12th.
Event 3 : Delay day after day on the pickup date and calling Transport 123 countless times to get updates on the pickup status. The driver finally picked up the car on the 16th. I was extremely disappointed during the process, almost cancel the order and move to a different company.
Event 4: Called the driver to get a specific time of when the car will arrive my house. He told me it will be there some time on the 21st but he will call me with a specific time on the evening of the 20th. No called received.
Event 5: The car didn't arrive on the 21st like the driver promised. Instead, it was arrived on the 22nd. Everything with the car was fine but the delay was really frustrating.

Tough for me to go back or recommend this company to my friends or family after what I had to deal with.
