INITIAL CONTACT WAS GREAT. TOOK LONGER THAN WE WERE TOLD TO PICK UP THE CAR. BECAUSE WE KEPT CALLING TO GET UPDATES AND MADE A COMMENT THAT WE WOULD CONTACT ANOTHER COMPANY BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T FIND A TRANSPORTER, THEY TOOK $100 FROM OUR BANK ACCOUNT TO PREVENT FROM GOING ELSEWHERE. ONCE CAR WAS PICKED UP, DELIVERY WAS SPEEDY.
