This was my first experience with transporting an auto across the country. The driver, Parvis was very friendly and professional. He picked up the car at my WV home and delivered it to my son's new address in Texas. He was very careful with the car and it was in perfect condition on delivery. The cost was less than I expected considering the many long hours we did not have to spend on the road. My only suggestion for AT123 would be to be very specific in explaining the pickup scheduling procedure. I wasn't aware that I needed to choose a 3 day window for pickup. When I did find out about the window we were able to make adjustments without a problem. Overall I was very happy with the move. Thanks!
