Once the bike was picked up everything was pretty smooth. There was some difficulty getting someone dispatched in the beginning but once the bike was picked up, I received it 3 days earlier than I expected. When it arrived in CA, I was told it would be delivered at 11am. There was several hour delay until I actually got the bike. When it was unloaded and inspected, it was exactly as I left it in OH. No damage, no change in cost from what I was quoted. Overall, I am very pleased with this process. Thank you!
