When I first booked my car to be shipped back in April I talked to Branden, He was very pleasant, and the only great experience I had with Auto Transport 123..When I had questions after not getting an email as to when my car was to be picked up, I was told by Casey that I would get an email in a day or 2 with the pick up date...After 3 days with no email, I called to speak with Casey and after 3 messages left for her, with NO CALL BACK, A girl named Ashley answered and told me she would have Casey call me when she got back from lunch in fifteen minutes..Well lets just say that my car has been delivered from Florida to Massachusettes and I am still waiting on a call back from Casey,,the first transport company that was suppose to pick up my car had to cancel on pick up day cause they had hydraulic issues, so another transport company was used and picked up my car on time, but my delivery date was late by 1 day cause they ALSO had hydraulic issues...FINALLY I HAVE MY CAR...would I use Autotransport 123 again..NO...It was a very painful and frustrating process, and I was totally disrespected on the phone by a man that I was trying to explain my frustration to..He actually told me "The longer you keep explaining to me and I am on the phone with you, the longer its going to take me to help you"...Just totally cutting me off and talking over me..NEVER WOULD I USE THEM AGAIN.
