Hired auto transport 123 on the 29th of june and requested trailer with winch for non running vehicle. The dispatched driver said he would be there to pick up vehicle on the 30 evening. Driver did not show up until July 1st late afternoon. Driver did not have trailer with winch to load non running vehicle like I requested. Total waste of time. Vehicle was unable to be loaded. Four days later I canceled the order with auto transport 123 and have not been able to get my deposit of 225.00 refunded. Most reputable companies do not charge your credit card until vehicle is loaded. Spoke with the main customer service lady at auto 123 and it was the most unprofessional customer service experience I ever had. She stated your under contract and would not listen to anything I had to say. Also when driver backed his oversize car carrier into are parking lot back of trailer dragged the ground and tore up are freshly paved parking lot. Hire new company they showed up on time with proper trailer and loaded car in the street instead of backing into are lot.
