Learned the hard way that Auto Transport 123 will always be the best

I would like to preface this by saying that this is my first written review for anything. The reason being, is that I'm compelled to share my experience with fellow consumers, so they do not end up making the same mistake that I did. In early 2014, I was moving from NY to NV and called MANY car transporters, trying to get the cheapest price. I had spoken with Irene at Auto Transport 123 (AT123), and she was so friendly and honest. She didn't try to sell me on anything, but I could just tell that she knew that AT123 provided great service and that she very proud to be a part of it. I ended up going with a different company for a cheaper rate, but something told me to store Irene's info in my phone. The company I chose, essentially held my car hostage, demanding more money! This was after I had put a deposit down and signed a contract! No one at that company returned my multiple phone calls over the course of 2 weeks, and on the day my car was supposed to be delivered to me in NV, I finally got a call back, saying that they could pick up my car the next day for an additional $300! I was trapped and had no other choice but to pay. (If you want to know the name of that company, I have given permission for visitors to contact me) Fast forward to summer 2015. My father decided that he was coming out to NV and as soon as he said that, I immediately called Irene at AT123 for both of his vehicles. Thank goodness that my gut told me to save her number during the prior year! She knew exactly who I was, and she is so easy to talk to and knowledgeable, that she turns something that is very nerve wracking, into nothing more than a conversation that I felt like I was having with a friend. I needed both of my dad's cars to be picked up and Irene was able to give me a fantastic rate, which included my dad's "baby" which needed extra TLC. Then the buyer of my dad's house backed out and I had to cancel my order with AT123. "Nonsense" said Irene. She said that I don't need to cancel, as they will hold the rate and my info for as long as I needed. I could tell that she was more concerned about my dad and didn't want me to worry about his cars. What rep at any company has done that for you? Now here we are in the summer of 2016. Dad's house has been sold and I called Irene and it was as if we picked up, right where we left off. His "baby" was picked up and the driver had kept in touch with me, every day to update me on where he was. What shipping company has done that for you? The car was in the exact condition that it was in when it was picked up. Now there's my dad's SUV that needs to be picked up, and since the closing date keeps getting pushed later and later, I've called Irene to change the dates a few times and as always, her response is, "no problem, just take care of dad". I have never dealt with a company that is as true to their word as AT123. I have already recommended AT123 and have given Irene's extension to many people, mostly fellow travelers at airports. Moving is already hectic enough. Irene at AT123, was the only solid in this crazy, hectic time. Her confidence and knowledge puts you at ease, so you know that your car(s) are in great hands. I highly recommend Auto Transport 123 and Irene at ext. 543. If I could give her 10 gold stars I would. I plan on moving back to NY in the next 5 years or so, and if you're reading this, I'm sure you already know who I will be calling for my auto shipping needs. Here's a hint, her ext. is 543!
