This transport was handled very poorly after the initial order was taken. Until we signed a contract our agent was very attentive. After that she disappeared. Had it not been for Chell, in customer service who finally picked up this order and worked to make it happen, this transport would never have occurred. Auto Transport 123 would not answer our phone calls, did not give us any specifics on dates of pickup or delivery. Because of their lack of information we had to change the location of the delivery. They charged us a cancellation fee that was caused in total by their lack of communication or information. In the end our car was transported a shorter distance, for the same fee....the entire experience lacked professionalism.
