We are sorry to see that you feel the way you do about the transport . Your order was placed and dispatched out within a timely manner. During that time our driver had contacted the pick up party and suggested that it would be better to drive down to the truck since the streets were to small for the carrier to get to his door. The customer was not happy with that. We had then scheduled another carrier for him but he stated that our carrier didn't contact them to pick up the car. We are sorry for the issue that you had with the company and we were happy to refund you with a refund and a credit for your next shipment. We do take pride in our reputation and tried to do the best that we can.
