Irene was awesome. She got me out a huge bind. I booked with her at 9am after firing another hauler who failed to show up. She had someone assigned to my vehicle by 1030am. By 6pm the vehicle was picked up. I had been told by a friend who had used them before that they would not be the cheapest, but would be the best. Both are correct. Worth every penny.
