Our experience waso overall pretty great. Our biggest factor for booking with Auto Transport 123 was that we were told all the drivers were with the company, not subcontracted, and in our case, we had a separate company do the transport, not Auto Transport 123. The other company may be an affiliate, but it wasn't communicated as such upon delivery- we were told that we went through a broker, and should have gone directly with the transport service itself.
