We had an easy time using this company to move our car.
The driver made sure to do a thorough check of the car before loading it onto the truck. The only thing is that the driver did not give much notice before showing up to pick up the car.
However we were moving cross country and the car was going to show up closer to the 7 day mark and the dispatch allowed and helped us change the drop off location considering that we were not going to be in the original drop off state in time.
The driver gave plenty of warning for drop off and had the car all off the truck before my family was there to pick it up.
Overall it was a very pleasant experience and everyone was very helpful.
