My car was supposed to be picked up on a Monday but was not due to a schedule conflict but when I spoke to a rep they offered to drop the shipping rate and were very good at getting it loaded in a quick manner the reps were great and got my challenger to me safe and sound I will use them for all my shipping needs very professional and great prices very pleased with there service
