The delivery went as explained to me. The type of truck enclosure, was not accurate, although the enclosure was a soft side enclosure. I understood this was to be a hard side enclosed trailer as I specifically asked. Overall that made no difference in the quality of the work. The transport driver Vitali & his peer were good about calling back & keeping me informed. They did a nice job & should be commended. The 10 days delivery time was because I was in Florida at lectures & was unable to take delivery sooner. This had been explained at the outset & the plan worked out dandy. Any of you who have had cars transported understand this is a competitive business & most all dispatchers toot their own horn & brag far too much. Many of these have little or no knowledge of the actual transporter. Lee did have knowledge & it was accurate to her credit.
