Picked up on time. Contact with company was with an actual human, not a machine- very reassuring. Car was delivered from FL to CA in only 5 days, and in good condition. Would definitely recommend this company. Also, I hired them at the last minute when Ship a Car Direct decided they did not want to come to the suburb I live in, an hour north of Tampa, just 2 days before they were due to pick up car. They wanted me to drive an hour to a "population center" to get my car picked up. Transport 123 saved me.
