Nicole was very informative and excellent in advising me how auto transport companies operate. Because of her explanations, i cancelled my contract with another broker. Nicole continued to keep me informed as AutoTransport123 does not operate its own trucks from Indiana to Nevada and a contracted carrier had to be located. On Monday March 7, 2016 I received an email from Nicole advising that Millo's Trucking was picking up my car in Muncie, IN and I was given Carlos Millo's contact information which I used while Carlos was enroute. I phoned Carlos on Thursday March 10th and he told me he would be in Reno either Friday late or Saturday to deliver the car. I texted Carlos with directions to the delivery point. Saturday morning Carlos texted me that he was an hour away from Reno, so i knew he would be at the delivery point about 10:30 a.m. At 10:37 Carlos called me to tell me he was at the delivery place and I was minutes away. When I arrived, the car was off the transport ready for me to inspect. Carlos explained that he had come through a dust storm on I-80 so the car was dirty, but unharmed. I am pleased with the service.
