Auto Transport 123 - WORTH a read even if its too long!!!!!

First of, we'd like to acknowledge Branden for his dedication and his ever ready willingness to explain to us (my boyfriend, Ivan and I) how the business worked and what we expected from their family owned business. From the get go, you could tell that he wanted to provide excellent, reasonable and affordable business with us. He took his time out of his busy days ( I know because I called him so many times - sorry Branden! seeking clarification time and time again and assurance that my car was in safe hands and that I'd not experience any issues - this fear was brought about by the plenty of reviews that we came across with many auto shipping companies as we were conducting our research and leading to the decision with whom to entrust my car with. So i'm sure you can understand why we may have had so much reservation and especially it being my first time shipping my car!!!).
Anyway, my boyfriend and I and I had found other companies that we were looking into but neither of those companies or should I say individuals who worked for the respective companies took the time to advocate for their company and explain why we should choose them like Branden did. He actually even set aside some time to read through the various terms and conditions for their company and compare it with others and broke it down piece by piece what each terms and condition meant and the little fine print that brokers/companies may catch you at. In fact, to legitimately show that he was uninterested in "playing" us, he set a guaranteed standard/fixed price for us that wouldn't change depending on the demand of the business during the dates I was looking to ship it (which, when I had started shopping around, I only had an estimate of the dates but wasn't too sure of an exact date). Many of the other companies did not offer this option. In addition, he gave us follow up calls to learn if we had finally decided to ship my car using their company and if we had any exact dates.
Another bonus, he was able to lower the price from the initial asking price of $975 to the final price of $850. He explained to us the repercussions of low balling drivers and how that could influence the service offered and we completely understood. After all, as much as we wanted something affordable, the greatest and unique thing that my boyfriend and I were looking for was QUALITY. He guaranteed this and now that I have my car, he offered this!!!!! Thus, we are thankful that we decided to go with auto transport 123 for they stuck with their word and offered the services as promised.
With all these, we did go through a few hurdles where the car was picked a day late from the 3-day window period given from set pick-up date. However, they compensated for it by delivering my car a day earlier than the set arrival date.
Moreover, the carrier assigned to transport my car was SAFE AUTO TRANSPORT and I worked with Stephan (dispatcher) and Anthony (driver). They both were really great in maintaining communication all throughout the transport and notifying me of the pick-up times, the transit progress as well as delivery times. Because I ended up flying out of CA to IN before they picked up my car, they were flexible with a change of pick-up address without any hesitation. In addition, Branden had allowed me a weigh limit of 150lbs of personal items I'd have in my car and lo and behold, I was 350lbs pound over. Anthony was way generous and kind and he actually didn't charge me for the extra weight (which normally you'd get charged - think the concept of checking in overweight bags at the airport. So yes, its only fair and understandable). He's exact words were "You were such a great customer and easy to work with and for that reason, I will not charge you extra!!!!"
MORAL OF THE STORY: Be kind to others, do good by others and the forces of nature have a way of repaying you back!!!!!!!!!!!!
Overall, my car is still in the same condition as it was before transporting, no goods were damaged (believe me i had glass vases in there) neither stolen. THANK YOU so much to the AUTO TRANSPORT 123 team and most especially to BRANDEN as well as STEPHAN and ANTHONY of SAFE AUTO TRANSPORT (no i'm not yelling). We want to vividly express our (Ivan and I) gratitude!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We will definitely be using them in the future if we ever have to transport our cars and will definitely be referring them to anyone we may know/come across that may need the same service.
