I requested information on Auto Transport 123 on how much it would be to transport my vehicle from California to Georgia and was promptly contacted by Aaron. He informed me on the process and details of how the company runs things- the information put me at ease and I decided to book with them. Though I did find a different transport to be 25 dollars cheaper, Auto Transport 123's standard operating procedures was the key that made me choose them. They are family owned and I am very family oriented, I love that they all work together to make their business reputable. The times for pick up or drop off were not time sensitive in my case so I didn't really pay attention to see if they were on time or not, but I did find that they got from CA to GA faster than I expected so I was relieved that the drivers/transporters didn't have possession of my vehicle for too long. It arrived with no damage or complaints. I contacted Aaron whenever I needed clarification and he was always prompt to reply and answer all questions I had which was the number one thing I liked - being informed. I would definitely recommend Auto Transport 123 and Aaron above all since that is who I dealt with and he was great! My experience was a stress- and worry-free one and I'm positive yours will too! I loved that I received a call notifying me when the pick-up would take place i.e. time and date and another follow up call of when the drop-off would happen. Information is key and they were awesome at it.
