overall experience was pretty good except for my car being delivered at almost 11 pm.
I was told my delivery would be 8pm and then because of weather 9PM which was ok, but when car was not here at 9 driver advised he was 30 minutes away however 30 minutes later no driver then car arrived at 11 pm which was a problem because i stated i wanted car delivered during daylight hours so i could inspect my vehicle. just bad communication from transport company to me..
communication between myself and autotransport 123 was good except for the fact that i could not track truck with my vehicle like i was told i could. When i asked them why i couldnt track the truck they advised because they dispatched a truck so quickly they did not have time to issue a tracker for the truck which i was ok with because they gave me actual transport company's contact number as well as driver name and driver cell phone. I was told pickup would be between 1 and 4 days and they dispatched a truck the next day which was great. i would use autotransport
