Good customer service but once transport is turned over to driver then there was a big disconnect. Communication was not constant like I was told when making reservation. Had to keep calling the company to find out when driver would arrive on both ends. It was very nerve racking for me. Not sure I'll do it again unless I have time and don't need the car right away.
