Rodney provided an excellent customer service as he went through all the steps of what it entails to ship a vehicle. I appreciated his honesty and being able to contact him at any time with any concerns or issues. I told him that I am shipping this car to my daughter and that her safety and wellbeing is of my utmost concern. everything went without a glitch when it comes to AUTO TRANSPORT 123. The reason the pickup and drop off were late is due to a broken clutch on the transporters part which was also handled well. when the car was picked up my daughter and I were both there as I wanted my daughter to meet the driver so she knows who will be delivering her car. At the other end the transporter had picked my daughter and her friend up to take him back to his truck. she signed off after inspecting the vehicle and gave him the check. So in the end it was a rewarding experience and I would recommend AUTO TRANSPORT 123 to anyone.
