I picked this company because of Bobby West's (VP Sales) professional explanation of the shipping process. Very thorough and professional...with a million shippers trying to get my business, he struck me as the most sincere and trustworthy. He was there every step of the way, always taking my call and informing me of the progress as my car worked its way 3000 miles cross country. Because I live on a military post and the transporter was denied access, the big rig driver helped me shuttle between vehicles to get the car at an off-post location that was easy for his big rig to access. no hidden costs...just honest service from professional staff, Bobby, and his drivers.
