We had a technical coordination issue since we needed to keep the vehicle long enough to pick up the rental truck we had arranged to use to move our belongings. The carrier worked with us by altering the pickup time and everything worked out fine. The vehicle was delivered to our home a day earlier than scheduled and a thorough check indicated it was in essentially the same condition as when it had been picked up. The total experience was simple and without incident.
