Richelle was very pleasant to work with from the scheduling to the delivery. She was the first person at one of these transport companies that I felt was honest with me from the beginning. Everything was a bit delayed because of the driver and a major snow storm, but I was not in a hurry for the car so that didn't matter, but Richelle was very responsive when I called to check on the progress. If I couldn't reach the driver Richelle was there for me and got back to me immediately with the status of the pick up and delivery. Best part was she was always pleasant, never snippy or short with me. I truly appreciate that kind of service.
