I was apprehensive about shipping my car plus some of the rates I was calling around getting we're pretty ridiculous. My initial contact person was Cherrella and because of her I decided to go with Auto Transport 123. She heard how nervous I was and she assured me she would be there if I needed... And she was! The pick up and everything was on time. I was told by the company that the driver would call me 24 hours in advanced this was important because I had to go out of town so on Sun I got a call from the driver saying he was a hour away so I was freaking out! I reached out to Cherrella asking her to call me ASAP and she did... Long story short I was able to work it out with the driver where they took my card over the phone but I got charged a fee but at that point I just needed my car. The next day Janin called me to see how everything went I explained I was very pleased and what happened she reached out to the driver and they are refunding me my $20 back! That says a lot about the company because Janine was empathic to my situation and Cherrella being great I had a wonderful experience with this company and highly recommend Auto Transport 123!
