I give AutoTransport123 high 5 stars for the entire shipping and logistics process. Particularly Ashley Baylor. She was helpful, efficient, RESPONSIVE AND ACCESSIBLE. Didn't matter what I needed, she had a solution or answered my questions. My shipment of the trailer was delayed by the manufacturer and Ashley was able to float the pick-up time until the trailer was ready. Not only did she find a driver, but she was able to schedule the pick-up so fast that the trailer yard wasn't ready for it and she had to reschedule it for the next day - December 23 - in the morning. Delivery occurred one day early after the Christmas holiday. Distance was from Southern California (Corona) to Seattle, WA. I'm not sure you would find this service level from a big corporation. Also, their pricing was cheaper by 18% from a comparable company. They also under promised and over delivered. The actual cost to me came in less than what they quoted. I highly recommend both AutoTransport123 and Ashley Baylor.
