Initially I was not sure about using this company due to it's yelp reviews. I decided to move forward since we were moving quickly from New Jersey to Vegas. From the start the NY team was friendly, honest and answered my questions. I spoke with both owners and had two cars shipped to Vegas a brand new 2014 and an old 2003 cars. Due to my husband being in the military I had less then a week to get things set. As promised our cars were picked up on a Friday and even though we took an RV across the country and got there later then we expected, they held the cars at their Vegas location for us. We picked them up and paid once we got there. I never felt pressured and both cars were exactly in the same condition as when they left our old house in NJ. I do believe some of the reviews are from uneducated consumers that may not understand the process or ask the proper questions. You also have to have some flexibility, driving cross country through the Rocky's myself that was no JOKE these truck drivers are really driving in some crazy areas to get your cargo where it has to be. So if the cars were a day or two late but still get there, there is no room for complaining. I will absolutely use them again without hesitation!!!
