My car was to be picked up between 11/28/15 and 11/30/15. At the time of the reservation and several times subsequently I explained to company reps that pick up had to be completed by 11/30/15 because I was flying out of the area the following day and consequently no one would be available to transfer the car to the carrier. I was assured several times over several weeks that this would not be a problem. Despite multiple calls to AutoTransport 1 2 3 on 11/29, 11/30 and 12/1 (in the am on the day of my flight) I was never contacted about a pick up although Casey did seem to be trying to get it done. I called on the afternoon of 12/1/15 to remind them that pick up would not now be possible. I was forced to make last minute alternative transport arrangements at additional cost. Adding insult to injury the company has charged $250 to my credit card. These funds were refunded after a follow up call from Customer Service. Needless to say I would not recommend AutoTransport 1 2 3 to anyone.
