I would say it was an overall positive experience. However, there were a few things that were not made completely clear to me, such as a variable pickup date and a large cash payment upon delivery of the car. I was moving cross country and needed to time things a certain way, and because of the variations I found out after I booked it, I had to stay in a hotel waiting for my car. In addition, i was told different pickup times on 3 occasions...I was called by a dispatch person and told the 9th at night would be my pickup time, then come to find out it would be the next day, then they finally changed it to that day but at night with a 5 hour pickup window , so it was a little frustrating. I understand it is a fluid industry and many things change behind the scenes, but I have never done this and I just wanted to know this beforehand so I could have moved my pickup date forward to account for possible changes like this.

With that being said, the drivers were terrific and they were very prompt in getting my car delivered in a reasonable timeframe even with the delays. Anthony was very nice and largely accurate on what he told me, and I did like working with him. He seems to have a solid grasp of the industry and was easy to talk to on the phone, and I would use his company again in he future.
