Overall satisfied with the experience. This is the second time I have shipped this vehicle across the country and both times I have had to wade thru some misleading propaganda such as "we own our own trucks and have our own drivers" Such is not the case because they are brokers. The driver that accepted the load worked out just fine. Communication with the company was more than adequate.
