Was told the car would be able to ship on Tuesday so I booked the reservation. The driver called later to confirm pick up for Wednesday. When I explained I would be gone and out of town and that I reserved Tuesday they said "we only come mon, wed, fri only". Yes, I was confused as to why I was assured Tuesday, but luckily they said I could leave it with a friend and have it picked up at another house. That process was easy and seamless but of course a little annoying. The the customer service reps were nice and my experience was pleasa. Overall the experience was fine.
