While the pickup time was ahead of schedule, it did not inconvenience us, as we were anxious to get the truck delivered to California as quickly as possible, although without any kind of extra rush fees. The truck we were shipping had over-sized tires and a lift kit; both of which made it more difficult to load on to the carrier, but the driver did not complain and simply depleted the air pressure in each tire by 40 percent in order lower the height of the truck.

Our son is active duty military and he was in the field on the day that the truck was to be delivered. The carrier went above and beyond to deliver the vehicle to a secure location where my son could pick it up the evening it was delivered although the carrier said he could hold the truck at that secure location for several days if need be. This was a very good shipping experience.
