Steve West was friendly and personable. Driver Dave was also friendly and personable. My only complaints are that the truck bed was open, so the car was extremely dirty when I received it and that Dave, while he was very friendly and professional, didn't have enough of a GPS to find a closer location to drop off the car and avoid the high traffic areas.
