This was my 1st time shipping my car anywhere so I was timid in choosing a good & fair company. I had called around & was most satisfied with the policies & honesty of A123. They delivered exactly what i was expecting! A great experience with no drama or hidden fees etc. My car was delivered at night in a very secure area for myself. My driver was very courteous & polite. He was patient as I went over my car & was satisfied all was well. This is GREAT customer service as was Tracey Reed's updates to me as i would inquire as to where my car was in route. This I liked A LOT! Never felt like a pain in the butt! Kudos to the whole staff who took good care of my car. I will choose you again when I return to CA for sure!! Thanks Nancy P.
