Finding an auto shipper is exhausting. They compete in a cutthroat and fragmented industry with a zillion players. I used these guys three times and got the same old story every time. They tried to push a higher price on me each time. When I pushed back, it was always the line of, "Okay, I'll take it out of my own pocket to help you out." And the old "let me just check with my manager." Whatever. I kept going back to them because my car reliably showed up on the other end and it would have been a bigger pain to find and deal with someone new each time.

Pros: your car gets there; timeline is reasonable and reliable; easy to get ahold of them.
Cons: if they smell a lead they bug you like crazy; pricing is not transparent and you always feel a little swindled; once you're done they pester you incessantly to write a review.

Summary: push hard to get better pricing. Service is reliable. Communication is good.
