It would be good to get the name of the driver of the carrier and his cell phone; I had to call to get the cell phone # of the driver to find out where he was because the poor guy kept getting orders from his boss to pick up and deliver additional cars along the way and so it was not his fault that he was delayed in delivery of my car (the first one he put on his carrier). But it would have relieved my anxiety about delivery to keep in touch with his via his cell phone. HE was extremely cooperative and polite. His office personnel said they'd keep be posted but did not and seemed busy and hurried when I called twice.
